Class Information

We have 2 classes per week, and 1 Saturday session a month at Urban Reform, 106 Temperance Street, M12 6HR.

TUESDAYS 20:00 – 21:00

THURSDAYS 20:00 – 21:00

Every 3rd Saturday of the month 12:00 – 14:00.

What are the benefits of Training in Krav Maga?

It’s not just kicking and punching you know ! The core tenet of Krav Maga is to allow everyone to ‘Walk in Peace’, and the benefits of training can range across many different areas of your life.

Skill Zone

Learn and improve basic self-defence skills such as kicks, punches, and guard positions. Hone in on your mental skills, movement, and balance.

Weapons

Weaponry training using props (e.g. knife, batons or gun). Learning how to integrate these defences into your defensive skill set.

Scenario Training

Taking the self-defence skills learnt and applying to real-life scenarios.

Sparring

Learning how to apply combat skills in a fluid, chaotic environment. The aim is to build your confidence and awareness, so the skills can be applied in a real-life situation.
