Do I need any prior experience to join?

No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are designed for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.

What should I wear to my first class?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring water and a towel if needed.

Is Krav Maga suitable for all fitness levels?

Absolutely! Our classes are tailored to accommodate all fitness levels, and you can progress at your own pace.

How is Krav Maga different from other martial arts?

Krav Maga focuses on practical self-defense rather than competition or traditional forms. It’s designed to prepare you for real-life threats.

Will I get hurt in training?

While Krav Maga involves physical activity, we minimise risks by teaching techniques with care and ensuring proper warm-ups and cool-downs.

Is there sparring involved?

Sparring is something we introduce from the beginning of your training. It is kept very slow and relaxed with plenty of support from the other instructors and students. It develops as you do.

How much does it cost?

Training memberships range from £45 a month to £120 per quarter, however there is also an annual registration required with our governing body the FEKM-UK of £40 which covers your insurance and provides access to training resources.
